Returns Policy

All of our products are new in box and fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with any product for sale at Great Eagle Tech, a division of JRBLINK.COM. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer, in most cases up to one year.

Great Eagle Tech offers a generous return policy to ensure total customer satisfaction:

As of the day Great Eagle Tech ships your order, we offer a 60-day return policy on all items unless otherwise noted on the individual product page. Your return must be received at our location by the 60th day after shipment of your order or your return will be refused. After the 60-day period, customers must contact the manufacturer for direct return or repair information. You can find the links to the manufacturer's on the Great Eagle Tech web site.

Great Eagle Tech will exchange defective units and parts to the customer with no restocking fees. Customers seeking to return for a refund, not exchange, defective items will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Customers may also replace defective items with other items of equal or greater value with no fees; you are not obligated to replace with the same model.

For unopened items, there is no return fee to receive store Great Eagle Tech credit or exchange for another item of equal or greater value, but to receive a refund there is a 5% restocking fee.

For opened, non-defective items (excluding software), there is a 5% fee to receive Great Eagle Tech store credit, or a 10% fee to receive a refund.

Please note: All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. For this reason, units that have been installed, scratched, abused, or that are missing the original UPC code on the box will not be accepted for return or credit and must be returned directly via the manufacturer. In addition, any item or software, including pre-programmed data cards, that have been opened can only be returned directly to the manufacturer. Extended warranties that have been opened or registered may not be returned (you may contact the manufacturer and transfer it to another product, however). We can only offer a refund using the form of payment originally used by the customer.

Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. Before you send merchandise back, please be sure to check that you have not left any of your own memory cards or other accessories in the unit. They will not be returnable to you.

Please Note: Great Eagle Tech cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us, so please use a trackable and insured means of shipping (UPS or Fed Ex) or get Delivery Confirmation and insurance with USPS priority mail. For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For domestic customers exchanging defective merchandise only, Great Eagle Tech will reimburse ground shipping fees if you send us your shipping receipt, up to $6.95.

Please check your order as soon as it is received. We allow 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package. Make delivery personnel know of any problems, if at all possible.

Once we receive your return we will ship your replacement or process your credit within 3-5 business days. When returning an item, please do not initiate a charge-back with your credit card company. We will credit your card for your return, and a charge-back will only delay the processing of your return. We charge a fee of $35 for an unnecessary charge-back. We vigorously work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards.
