We try to have the someone answering the phones, 6 days a week. Usually between the hours of Noon - 8pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday Through Friday   and   Saturdays from Noon - 4pm (also, EST).  You can speak to anyone, that answers the phone, but, if you need help, desperately, go straight to the top, and ask for Julie.
